WHAT IS YOUR MOTIVATION?
There are many logical reasons to become healthier: less heart disease, less cancer, less depression, less anxiety, and a greater sense of well being, to name a few.
I could be the need to simply get the most out of life, or the need to fit into favourite clothes, or the need to play games with the kids.
However it’s often the emotional reasons that can really help someone change their behaviour.
Every one is different. Your motivation is as individual as you. If you are truly interested in improving your physical and mental wellbeing, you need to take a look at what your motivation is so you can take control of your health.
