YOUR TRAINING STYLE?
I specialise in Women, and know all those lovely spots we need to tone up !!I love boxing (great stress relief!) and also enjoy circuit style training. I’m a muuusssiive believer of women lifiting weights to tone and tighten! No matter what we do it MUST BE FUN!!! It can be a little crazy and rowdy at times but that’s all part of it!
