Fitness Done Different offers 45min 1-on-1 private training sessions. These sessions are designed to be “all about you” with the program of exercises always relating to your health and fitness goal.

All of our clients are provided with homework upon request. Our trainers can give nutrition suggestions & set homework exercises so you don’t drop off in between sessions.

 

The best part is….after all that hard work you receive a fantastic stretch & massage just for you!!!
