QUALIFICATIONS: Certificate III & IV in Fitness, First Aid Certificate, CPR and I am currently completing a Bachelor of Applied Science: Human Movement Studies.

I like to make sure sessions are tailored to achieve individuals goals – No two people are exactly a like so no two sessions should be! I want every client to get maximum benefit from each session. I combine weights & cardiio with a lot of fun to help you achieve your goals quicker.
