TRAINERS BIO:  3 Years ago I weighed over 125kg before I decided to make a major lifestyle change.  Since then I have lost over 50kg so I know what its like to struggle with weight. I understand how simple lifestyle changes can make a difference to improving quality of life.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Certificate III in Fitness & Certificate IV in Fitness, First Aid Certificate and CPR.
