TRAINERS BIO:
I’ve been into all sports as a PLAYER/FANATIC since an early age and continued this love affair whilst playing PREMIER GRADE Rugby for NORTH EAGLES. I also coach Junior Rugby as it has been a passion helping other achieve their sporting and Health & Fitness Goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master Trainer Certificate, Certificate III in Fitness (Gym Instructor) & Certificate IV in Fitness, (Personal Trainer, Older Adult Trainer and Children Trainer), First Aid Certificate & CPR.
MY TRAINING STYLE:
Being into sports I have learnt to train with different people with a broad range of goals from ENDURANCE to STRENGTH, WEIGHT LOSS and TONING UP, COORDINATION, SPECIFIC SKILLS AND/OR MUSCLE GAIN (Bulking Up).
Training at Fitness Done Different has been great for my overall health and fitness. My Personal Trainer helps me achieve my fitness goals and I can work out when it’s convenient for me.
