QUALIFICATIONS:
Certificate III in Fitness (Gym Instructor) & Certificate IV in Fitness, (Personal Trainer, Older Adult Trainer and Children Trainer), First Aid Certificate & CPR.

I am SUPPORTIVE and will GUIDE you through your workouts in a FUN way that will give you the drive you need to reach your SPECIFIC goals!!! And for those of you that JUST WANT TO GET IT DONE and get outta here, that is exactly what you can do.
